Roxo, a night owl. Strong. Erotic. A party animal. And a color. Burgundy in Portuguese, the official color of the place and a tribute to the Brazilian Chef.
The Chef, Bruno Grossi left Brazil for Europe. Trained by the greatest, he joined Marcus Wareing, 2-stars in London and Guy Savoy 3-stars in Paris. A lively spirit and a laid-back style, authentic, creative and full of influences. Like Roxo. For Les Bains he imagined a feast of dishes prepared with passion and authenticity.
Our menus change according to you moods. Your wants. And after five, Roxo will satisfy your hungry needs. Whether you’re two, four, six or eight, around the bar, listening to the DJ sets, in a private salon or around a table : 3 plates are recommended.
Every night of the week, all year round, the Roxo bar is alive. A dream team of mixologists around Chief bartender Eric Sablonière.
By his side are Benjamin Cousseau, French cocktails champion and winner of the World Class France, but also Sébastien Serra, Pietro Costamagna and Cyril Pouvich, stars of the Parisian cocktails scene.
The Roxo squadron delivers a menu of timeless cocktails inspired by heritage of Les Bains, divided in 4 chapters. Four periods at Les Bains. Creative cocktails and of course the all-time classics.

ROXO is open 7 days a week from 7am until 2am.
Breakfast: 7am - noon, 7 days a week.
Lunch: 12pm - 2.30pm, 7 days a week.
La Plage menu : on weekdays 2.30pm - 6pm and 12pm - 6pm during weekends.
Dinner: 6pm - 11pm from Tuesday to Saturday.
